Step 1: Download windows10.iso from the link below: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Open the downloaded file, and you will be redirected to the setup. During setup, you will be asked, "What do you want to do?"
Click on "Create installation media (USB flash, DVD, or ISO file)"
Then choose that you want to install as an ISO file.
Proceed installing, and now you have an .iso file!
Step 2:
Well, now open your Oracle VirtualBox and click on "New" at the top and fill in the details:
First, the name you want to give your VM
Folder: Select the folder you want to save the VM in.
ISO image: Select the .iso file we just downloaded.
And tick "Skip Unattended Installation" for easy proceeding. Click on "Finish", and Windows 10 should start to install.
If it asks for a product key, click "I don't have a product key" and proceed.
This will take some time, and if you have low RAM, I recommend that you don't open many other applications in order to speed up installation.
Step 3: Setting up!!
Now that that is done, all we have to do is a bit of setup:
First, you have "Welcome" with Cortana: you can disable her if you want
Next, you will be asked some basic information like the language settings, keyboard layout and stuff.
Next, the Network will set up on its own, so don't worry.
Then you will be asked to set up your account. If you have a Microsoft account, log in via email. There are a few ways you can log in. I logged in by sending an OTP to my email.
Next, set up a PIN for your computer and make sure it's something you can remember.
After that, you will move on to services, and you just have to choose the services you need.
And then you wait…….
And Well!!!! You now have Windows 10 on your virtual box.
(P.S: If you have no internet, please try switching the network settings to NAT)
