My deepest act of love is being vulnerable.
To let someone see you raw

"To love is to be vulnerable"
True intimacy happens when you allow yourself to be vulnerable with your partner. To let them know what you feel instead of shouldering all of it by yourself. Do you truly love your partner if you don't trust them enough to see who you actually are?
Vulnerability is showing your unfiltered self to them — your troubled self, you who doesn't keep problems to themselves, you who longs for someone's presence to unleash all the misery you're feeling.
A friend of mine once told me;
"I don't care if you have nothing to say, your presence is enough."
This opened my eyes to a new perspective. Not everyone needs advice on how to solve their problems, sometimes, they just want someone present to release all those bottled up emotions.
Being authentic doesn't make you weak, instead, it proves how strong you are. You were able to trust someone with your pain, to see you raw. This may seem difficult to some, but do know you can take all the time you need. You don't have to instantly open yourself to anyone, and that's okay. Letting someone see you vulnerable requires having trust in them and yourself.
