Welcome to a new Medium post, this one is a bit different. Today, I'm excited to officially announce a new service offered by the 0x12 Dark Development team: our Custom C2 Agent Development service.

Following our mission to provide practical offensive development training, we're now taking a step further, bringing that same level of engineering directly into real world operations.

This service is designed for red teams, operators, and security professionals who require Command & Control implants adapted to specific operational needs. Instead of relying on generic, publicly available agents, we build custom implants that align with your infrastructure, your targets, and your constraints.

C2 Servers

While we support multiple frameworks (including Havoc and other open-source C2 solutions) our primary focus has been on Mythic, where we've invested the most development time and effort.

As a result, Mythic agents currently represent our most mature implementations. That said, support for other frameworks is evolving rapidly, and by the time you're reading this, they may already be approaching the same level of capability and refinement.

Service

We offer two main approaches:

• Binary-only delivery: Pre-compiled, ready-to-deploy C2 agent binary. No source code included. Built for specific operations and customized to match your target environment's constraints, and of course really low prices
• Full source + binary access: Full access to the source code and binary for teams looking for a long-term asset. This option grants you absolute control to audit, modify, and extend the implant. Designed for incremental development: add new capabilities, integrate custom modules, or collaborate with us to evolve the agent as your operational needs shift.

Every build is treated as a unique project. We don't recycle code (except the most basic part) or ship generic payloads, each agent is crafted per operation.

Our goal is simple: to provide you with tooling that works when it matters.
