After applying throuh multiple job opportunities, and going through its roles and responsibilities in cybersecurity, I realized one thing: consistent upskilling is the key.
This blog shares my interview experience at Be4Breach, where I secured a VAPT Intern role.

Application Process
I was randomly scrolling through LinkedIn when I saw a hiring post for interns by Be4Breach. Without any delay, I immediately emailed the team with my updated resume.
They offered two roles:
- Security Engineering Intern
- VAPT / Red Teaming Intern
Being a part-time bug hunter, I specifically applied for the VAPT role.
On the same day, my interview was scheduled.
Interview Experience:-
- Duration :- 30–40 min
- Mode :- Virtual
Interview Questions:-
- Given two source codes, I was asked to read them and find vulnerabilities.
- Asked about my approach to testing a website with just a login page.
- Asked about my approach to testing an e-commerce website.
- Questions about tools I have developed or worked on.
The best part was that they didn't just rely on theoretical knowledge; they wanted to test my approach and the way I think.
The next day i received a mail that I've been selected for the second round
Round 2 Experience:-
- I was asked about the most interesting bug I had found.
- A few questions regarding my projects.
Tips:-
- Learn AI
- PortSwigger labs are a must — they give a clear idea about bugs
- Start reading write-ups and learn some theory about vulnerabilities
Final Thoughts
The interview experience was :-
- Professional
- Resume-focused
- Practical
I really appreciate the quick response from their side during the selection process.
