I had to do some bad spring cleaning…

But once I posted about it, I was asked about which ones to start or what was important. These are my top list of extremely important books .

This was my starter, and I had that in my office at work, and tonight started my learning series on YouTube:

Along with the link. This helped me get started with Kali and Privesc attacks. Great starter book.

These helped me for studying the oscp as well.

The hacker's playbook really helped with hands-on, actual pentesting, along with the art of exploitation.

For python projects, this one was an extreme handy one to use during and making custom tools.

And for quick references and checks, these were also extremely handy too.

The second version is better, so stick to that.

I have read all these books at least 5 times. I felt like I had too many books, so I wanted to downsize a bit. All are extremely fun to learn, but can also be dense. I'm excited to get going on the first book YouTube series and add to my course on Husky Hack Labs.

Note, I am The Husky Hacker, Aaron Ashly. Not Matt. I don't even want to compare to his level. That was going around for a minute, and that thought was funny.
