Share your real-world experience in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, and IT operations.
The SG Tech Diaries is a technical publication focused on practical knowledge, real-world troubleshooting, system architecture, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, and modern IT operations.
We publish experience-driven stories that help technology professionals understand complex systems, solve difficult problems, and make better technical decisions.
Our goal is not to repeat vendor documentation. We want to publish articles that explain how systems behave in real environments, what can go wrong, and how problems can be diagnosed and resolved.
What We Publish
We welcome original stories covering topics such as:
- Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOC operations, and detection engineering
- Wazuh, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring
- Enterprise infrastructure and system architecture
- Citrix, VDI, DaaS, RDSH, and digital workspace technologies
- Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and PowerShell
- VMware, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability
- Network security, firewalls, application delivery, and remote access
- Cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments, and identity management
- Monitoring, observability, performance analysis, and capacity planning
- Automation, scripting, implementation guides, and technical comparisons
- Root cause analysis and real-world troubleshooting
- Technical case studies, lessons learned, and post-incident reviews
Stories should provide practical value to engineers, administrators, architects, consultants, and cybersecurity professionals.
What Makes a Good Submission
A strong submission should:

- Include commands, configurations, diagrams, or examples where relevant
- Explain why a solution worked or failed
- Highlight important risks, limitations, or lessons learned
- Be understandable to readers who may not know the environment
