Hi, I'm Leah Rose, a psychic medium, energy healer, somatic practitioner, and mom of three. As an unyielding truth-seeker, I've always been fascinated with mysticism, world religions, and philosophies. Throughout my quest for truth, I've encountered unexpected life detours that became catalysts for transformative healing and personal growth. I spent a good portion of my life searching for purpose, searching for a relationship with my higher self and answers to the mysteries of the universe itself. Despite my quest for truth, I couldn't escape feeling untethered, insecure, and lost. It was the sense of drifting and of not knowing who I truly was.
For years, I battled anxiety, toxic codependent relationships, substance abuse and mental illness within my intimate relationships. I felt trapped on an unrelenting rollercoaster of mental and emotional chaos. But it was through the turmoil that I sifted through layers of healing, leading me to my body's inherent wisdom and the whispers of my soul.
I credit my divorce as being the catalyst for this process, for what ensued after it was a journey of purging a lifetime of unresolved trauma. Through breathwork, meditation, and somatic therapies, I began healing holistically. I started to open my intuition, connect with Spirit, and listen to my body in a whole new way. I realized that cultivating and maintaining lasting wellness had to be a whole-person approach, one of mind, body, and Spirit.
So when I developed chronic neck and back pain some years later, I was able to identify that my pain wasn't just physical — it was tied to the layers of trauma and unhealed wounds I carried. I approached my healing not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And you know what? It worked. Through somatic therapies and a commitment to holistic healing, I was finally able to break free from the relentless pain that had persisted for over two and a half years.
All of these discoveries became a profound part of my healing journey, one that continues to unfold in ways that humble me every day. I've come to see that every challenge I've faced — whether it was my struggles with anxiety, dysfunctional relationships, or chronic pain — was guiding me home to myself. I'm deeply grateful for all of it because it's led me to a place of deeper understanding, compassion, and purpose. As a mother of three, I've also learned so much about myself through my children. Relationships, especially with our kids, have this amazing way of mirroring back the unresolved trauma we carry, reminding us that healing is a lifelong journey.
Two quotes by Ram Dass that I live by:
Treat everyone you meet like their God in drag" and "We are all just walking each other home."
That's how I view this life — a shared experience where we're all helping each other return to home to our inherent nature of love, to our divinity, to self-realization.
On this platform, I'm here to connect with others and share my spiritual insights, somatic tools, and techniques for healing and transformation.
