Your story is your strongest marketing — For a while, we focused on presenting Leadtainment as this polished, professional platform. But the moment we started sharing the real story the immigrant roots, the failures, the lessons, the late nights building with no budget , people connected with it. Authenticity builds trust. Never hide where you come from, it's part of what makes your vision matter.

As a part of our series about cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, I had the pleasure of interviewing Reza Zahedi, CEO of Leadtainment.

Leadtainment is where entrepreneurs, creators, and future leaders connect to build real businesses, sharpen their mindset, and live with intention — backed by a circle that moves just like them. This isn't another content platform. It's a movement fueled by membership, mentorship, and momentum. Because success accelerates when you're surrounded by people who don't need motivation — just alignment.

Born in Iran, Reza's life took a dramatic turn at age 2 when he and his mother fled to Haarlem, Netherlands. With no money or connections, Reza quickly learned the value of hard work. At 13, he started delivering newspapers before school, a job that instilled in him the discipline and commitment that would define his future success.

In 2024, Reza launched Leadtainment, a global platform designed to connect and inspire entrepreneurs. Through podcasts, mentorship, and events, Leadtainment provides a space for like-minded innovators to share ideas and challenge each other to reach new heights. Reza's goal is simple: to inspire entrepreneurs to think bigger, aim higher, and build businesses that drive change.

Thank you so much for doing this with us! Before we dive in, our readers would love to learn a bit about you. Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Thank you for having me, I'm excited to share this story because Leadtainment wasn't just a business idea, it was born out of real-life experience, frustration, and a deep desire to change how modern leaders grow.

For years, I was building companies across different sectors — real estate, media, education, consulting — and I kept noticing the same pattern. So many entrepreneurs were hustling endlessly, stacking knowledge, chasing success, but still feeling stuck, alone, or lost in the noise. They didn't need more random content or generic advice — they needed a smarter system, a powerful network, and real conversations about leadership, growth, money, and life.

That's when the spark for Leadtainment was born. I wanted to create a space that blended everything high-performers truly need — not just business strategy, but deep mindset work, execution tools, daily clarity, and a community of people playing at a high level. A place where growth didn't feel isolated or overwhelming, but exciting, focused, and connected.

Leadtainment is not just about scaling companies, it's about scaling people — helping them grow with purpose, lead with power, and live a life that feels truly aligned. What brought me to this path wasn't just ambition, it was the realization that leadership today needs more than education, it needs transformation.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you began your career?

One of the most interesting and defining moments for us at Leadtainment happened before we even officially launched. We were still behind the scenes, building the framework, testing ideas, and talking to entrepreneurs and creators across different industries.

We were on a call with a small group of high-performers, business owners, investors, even a few influencers and we asked a simple question: "What do you feel is missing in your journey right now?"

We expected the usual answers, funding, marketing, growth hacks. But that's not what they said.

What we heard instead was this: "I feel overwhelmed by noise, disconnected from purpose, and unsure who to trust."

That hit us hard. Because in today's world, people have access to endless information but almost no clarity. They have followers but no real circle. They chase growth but lack leadership structure. That conversation was a wake-up call.

It confirmed everything we believed. That the modern entrepreneur doesn't need more content, they need connection, guidance, strategy, and inner power. They need a system that works not just for business, but for life.

That moment became the DNA of Leadtainment. We started building a platform that goes beyond surface-level advice. A space that gives entrepreneurs the clarity, tools, mindset, and community to scale with intention.

We're still new, still growing, but that moment is what drives us and every time someone joins our platform and says, "This is exactly what I needed," we know we're building something that matters.

Can you tell us about the cutting-edge technological breakthroughs that you are working on? How do you think that will help people?

At Leadtainment, we're building more than just a platform. We're creating an ecosystem designed to empower entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders from all over the world to grow with clarity and connection without getting buried in the noise.

One of our most ambitious breakthroughs is what we call smart connectivity, not just networking, but strategic alignment. We're developing a system where members can instantly connect with like-minded individuals, business partners, or service providers based on shared goals, values, or growth stage. Think of it like Shark Tank meets global founder matchmaking, all happening within a trusted private circle.

We're also working toward launching our own news and insights division not just to report trends, but to cut through misinformation, filter noise, and give our community high-trust, high-quality content that actually helps them move forward. In today's world, entrepreneurs are overwhelmed with flashy headlines and clickbait advice. Our media will focus on what matters, frameworks, signals, and stories that drive real growth and strategic thinking.

At its core, Leadtainment is building a global operating system for driven minds. A place where you can grow your business, expand your network, and sharpen your leadership all while staying deeply aligned with who you are and what you're building.

We're still early, but the vision is clear. We're building the infrastructure for the next generation of leaders to scale together, collaborate smarter, and stay ahead of the curve without losing their focus or values.

How do you think this might change the world?

We believe Leadtainment has the power to shift how the next generation of leaders think, connect, and build.

Right now, the world is full of talent and ambition, but most of it is scattered. People are hustling in isolation, buried under noise, or following outdated systems that don't serve them. We want to change that.

Leadtainment is creating a space where clarity replaces confusion, connection replaces competition, and leadership is built with intention instead of ego. By helping people think sharper, execute faster, and grow together, we're not just improving businesses, we're elevating people.

This can impact the world in a few key ways. First, by giving entrepreneurs a focused platform to scale and collaborate, we speed up innovation. Second, by cutting through misinformation and replacing it with strategic insights, we create smarter decision-makers. And third, by building a trusted community across borders, we unlock international opportunity that would never happen alone.

If we do this right, we will raise the standard of leadership, create a global network of impact-driven builders, and leave behind a culture where growth isn't just measured by money, but by clarity, alignment, and legacy.

That is how we believe Leadtainment can change the world, by helping people become the leaders they were meant to be.

Keeping "Black Mirror" in mind, can you see any potential drawbacks of this technology that people should think more deeply about?

That's a great question, especially when thinking about shows like Black Mirror that highlight the darker side of technology.

At Leadtainment, we're excited about using technology to help people grow, connect, and lead with clarity, but we're also very aware that technology can have unintended consequences if we're not careful.

One potential drawback is over-reliance on algorithms or AI for decision-making. If people start depending too much on technology to tell them what to do, where to focus, or who to trust, they might lose touch with their own intuition and creativity. That balance between human judgment and machine guidance is crucial.

Another risk is privacy and data security. As we develop systems that collect insights and track progress, protecting personal information and building trust is non-negotiable. People need to feel safe and in control of their data at all times.

Lastly, technology can sometimes unintentionally create echo chambers or filter bubbles, where people only hear what confirms their existing beliefs. We are committed to building tools and communities that encourage diverse perspectives and challenge people to grow beyond their comfort zones.

Technology is a powerful tool, but it's just that, a tool. It should empower humans, not replace them or control them. That's why at Leadtainment, we focus on building technology that supports growth while keeping the human element front and center.

Was there a "tipping point" that led you to this breakthrough? Can you tell us that story?

Absolutely, there was a tipping point that changed everything for us at Leadtainment.

In the beginning, we were working on different pieces, consulting with entrepreneurs, creating educational content, and building community in small, informal ways. Each part had value but felt disconnected, and the impact was limited.

The breakthrough came during a deep conversation with some entrepreneurs and business leaders who shared how much they craved not just advice, but a complete system that combines learning, consulting, and connection in one place. They wanted a way to grow their business, sharpen their leadership, and find trusted partners all at once.

That conversation was eye-opening. It made us realize that Leadtainment couldn't be just another content platform or consulting firm. It needed to be a fully integrated ecosystem that combines consulting, university-level education, and eventually immersive events, all designed to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

That moment shifted our focus from scattered projects to building a movement, one that delivers real transformation through a holistic approach. It showed us the power of blending knowledge, connection, and action into a single experience.

That's when Leadtainment truly took shape, and why we're so passionate about the path ahead.

What do you need to lead this technology to widespread adoption?

To lead this technology to widespread adoption, we need a few key things.

First, we need to build trust. People want tools and platforms they can rely on, where their data is secure, their time is valued, and the insights they get are truly helpful. Trust comes from transparency, consistent value, and real results.

Second, we need to focus on simplicity and accessibility. Technology can be overwhelming, so it's important that our tools are easy to use and integrate naturally into entrepreneurs' daily lives. If it feels complicated or time-consuming, adoption slows down.

Third, we need a strong community behind the technology. Leadtainment isn't just about software, it's about people , leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs who believe in the mission and want to grow together. When a community rallies around a tool, adoption accelerates exponentially.

Finally, we need partnerships with other innovators, investors, educators, and industry leaders who share our vision. By working together, we can expand reach, improve the technology, and create an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs globally.

What have you been doing to publicize this idea? Have you been using any innovative marketing strategies?

We've been focusing on building authentic connections and creating high-value content that speaks directly to entrepreneurs and leaders who want more than just noise.

Our marketing isn't about flashy ads or gimmicks. Instead, we're investing heavily in thought leadership through podcasts, interviews, and expert conversations that provide real insights and actionable advice. This helps us build trust and credibility while reaching people who are hungry for meaningful growth.

We're also leveraging social media channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube to share bite-sized content that inspires, educates, and invites people into the conversation. The goal is to create a community first, a tribe that grows organically through shared values and stories.

Another innovative strategy is how we blend consulting, education, and media into a seamless experience. Instead of selling just one product or service, we're inviting entrepreneurs into a whole ecosystem which feels more like a movement than marketing.

We're still early in our journey, but this approach is already building momentum and attracting the right kind of attention, people who want real transformation, not just quick fixes.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?

There's no question that none of us achieve success alone. For Leadtainment, and for me personally, the journey started with a lot of learning, trial and error, and importantly, guidance from someone who had been through it before.

I'm grateful for the years of experience and insight I've gained over time, especially coming from nothing as an immigrant kid. That perspective shaped everything. But what really helped was having mentors and role models who showed me how to turn challenges into opportunities, how to stay focused when the path got tough, and how to lead with integrity.

One story that stands out is when I was just starting out with my first businesses. I was in deep debt, juggling multiple projects, and feeling overwhelmed. It was advice from a mentor that changed my mindset, they told me to stop trying to do everything alone and start building a team that complements my weaknesses and amplifies my strengths. That shift helped me turn things around and eventually build sustainable success.

That experience is now baked into Leadtainment's DNA. We want to be that mentor and guide for entrepreneurs everywhere, especially those starting from scratch, just like I did. Helping others find their way is what drives everything we do.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

For us at Leadtainment, success isn't just about numbers or growth metrics. It's about creating positive impact that extends beyond business and reaches communities, families, and individuals.

We use our platform to empower entrepreneurs to build businesses with purpose, businesses that solve real problems, create jobs, and inspire others to step into their potential. By fostering a community that values leadership, integrity, and innovation, we help shape a culture of responsibility and positive change.

On a personal level, our story comes from humble beginnings, so we deeply understand the power of opportunity. That's why we focus on making resources, mentorship, and knowledge accessible to people from all backgrounds. We want to break down barriers and show that success is possible no matter where you start.

Through consulting, education, and media, Leadtainment acts as a force multiplier, lifting up others so the ripple effects of goodness grow exponentially. That is how we measure true success.

What are your "5 Things I Wish Someone Told Me Before I Started" and why? (Please share a story or example for each.)

1. You don't need to have it all figured out to get started — When we first started shaping Leadtainment, we thought we needed the perfect plan before launching anything. We kept refining, reworking, waiting. But the real momentum came once we stopped overthinking and started testing ideas in the real world. Clarity comes from action, not just planning.

2. Most people won't get it at first, and that's okay — In the beginning, a lot of people didn't understand what we were building. Some thought it was just another podcast, others saw it as a coaching program. It took time and consistency to show the bigger vision. We learned that if you're doing something truly original, it might feel lonely in the early stages. Stay committed to the long game.

3. The right people are everything — Early on, we tried to do too much with the wrong people. We said yes too fast, partnered too quickly, and ended up wasting energy. Once we became more intentional about building with people who truly shared the mission, everything changed. Whether it's your team, your collaborators, or your community, alignment is everything.

4. Simplicity is your superpower — There's a point where complexity becomes the enemy of growth. We were offering too much, too soon, consulting, content, mentorship, education all at once. But once we simplified our messaging and focused on delivering one powerful result at a time, people started responding. Keep it simple, make it clear, then scale.

You are a person of great influence. If you could inspire a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. :-)

If I could inspire a movement, it would be this: a global shift in how people see their own potential, no matter where they start from.

At Leadtainment, everything we do is rooted in that belief that you can come from nothing, have no connections, no fancy background, and still build something powerful. The real difference isn't access, it's mindset, guidance, and having the right environment around you.

This movement would focus on giving people the tools, clarity, and community to turn their ambition into action. Not just through more content, but through direct access to mentorship, business consulting, education, and real opportunities to connect with others who are building with purpose.

We want to help the next generation of creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs stop waiting for permission and start creating their own path. Whether you are 17 or 47, from a small town or a major city, your vision matters.

If this mindset spreads, it can unlock the kind of ripple effect that transforms entire communities when one person takes control of their life, others around them feel the energy. One shift can trigger a wave. That's what we're trying to create with Leadtainment, not just a company, but a movement that helps people believe again.

Can you please give us your favorite "Life Lesson Quote"? Can you share how that was relevant to you in your life?

One of my favorite life lesson quotes is: "You don't need to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." — Martin Luther King Jr.

This quote has guided me more times than I can count. When we started building Leadtainment, we didn't have every answer, every connection, or every resource. What we had was a clear belief that entrepreneurs deserve more than scattered advice and empty motivation. They need real tools, real people, and real strategy to grow.

We didn't know exactly how it would evolve, but we knew the first step was to start, even if it was messy, even if it wasn't perfect. That first step turned into a platform. That platform became a movement.

This quote reminds me, and our team, that progress always starts with courage not certainty. You move forward even when the future feels unclear, and in doing so, the path starts to reveal itself. That mindset is something we now pass on to every entrepreneur we work with.

Some very well-known VCs read this column. If you had 60 seconds to make a pitch to a VC, what would you say? He or she might just see this if we tag them :-)

If you're looking to invest in the future of entrepreneurship, leadership, and human performance this is it.

Leadtainment is building the ecosystem where tomorrow's top founders, creators, and decision-makers come to grow. We're not just launching another media company or consulting agency, we are building a full-stack platform that combines education, strategy, content, and connection to help ambitious people scale faster and smarter.

The market is flooded with content, but starving for clarity, structure, and high-trust networks. That's what we deliver.

We are currently expanding our consulting arm, developing a proprietary growth dashboard, and building a curated private network of entrepreneurs and investors who are tired of surface-level advice and ready for serious results.

This isn't a trend. This is infrastructure for a generation that wants more than followers they want alignment, legacy, and impact.

We're early, we're lean, and we're building with speed and purpose. If that excites you, we should talk.
