The challenge of leadership is in the personal barriers that one must destroy and rebuild to become a successful contributor to society. Only with the help of others are we able to achieve such greatness.

It is difficult for us inexperienced individuals on the path of leadership not knowing what to do. We must have faith in the process and in our leadership that came before us.

The challenge to rise above mediocrity is not an easy mountain to climb. If you want it bad enough there is a way to climb any mountain but sometimes we do need help to get up there.

You cannot change the world alone, you will need the help from your friends, colleagues, brothers and sisters to help you paddle. ⛵️

The "job" of a lighthouse is ALWAYS the same, to stand strong through all adversity, waiting patiently to provide a bright shining light 💡 for all ships during the hardest nights.
