Last December, I sat at my desk with three tabs open, each screaming for my attention: an email that needed drafting, a dataset that needed cleaning, and a report due in two hours. My brain wanted to clone itself, but cloning isn't exactly something you can whip up in Python (yet).
Instead, I reached for a set of AI tools I'd been testing. Within minutes, my inbox was sorted, the dataset was processed, and the report was already halfway written. I realized something: these tools weren't just "nice to have" anymore. They were an extension of how I think and work.
Below are the seven AI tools I've come to rely on, which have saved me hours every week, turned impossible timelines into achievable ones, and made me wonder how I ever worked without them.
1) DocuMind: Turning Contracts Into Searchable Data
If you've ever been buried under PDF contracts, you know the pain: scrolling endlessly to find that one clause hidden in page 72.
