Hello all!

My name is Mehdi Aoussiad. I'm 18 years old and I live in Morocco. I'm Moroccan, Arabic, and Muslim. For those who don't know Morocco, it's an Arabic country in the north of Africa. You can do a little bit of research about it if you are interested.

The year 2020 was really special for me because I started pushing myself to do things that I never did before. One of those things was learning to code, I found coding and programming in general very interesting and enjoyable especially when it comes to solving problems and building software programs that will benefit other people. That is why I started learning web development in February 2020, and I'm still learning new things every day.

Another special thing in 2020 was getting my high school degree in math science. Now I'm studying computer science in college.

The writing journey

I'm not a big fan of writing in general. But I like writing about things that I love and I know about. While I was pushing myself in web development, I learned a lot of basic knowledge including HTML, CSS, and the JavaScript language which was my favorite.

One of the things that I enjoy a lot was teaching my friends to code, all of them say that I'm good at teaching. That is why I decided to start teaching online. One of the things that came to my mind at that time was blogging, I discovered the Medium platform and I started writing in October 2020.

My goal is to write useful educational content for readers. Most of my articles are about the JavaScript language because it's something I love and I'm good at it. You can check my profile if you are interested in my articles.
