What if we told you we didn't want your system anymore? It seems to only benefit you. Your economy has made us poor, your education is a whitewashed version of the truth. You value families as stepford wives, uniform units, that are not real. We know unconditional love. It's the only way to explain letting you get so close and not destroying you as you have tried to destroy us.

We still know unconditional love, as individuals and collectively. That is why we're still here, and still rejecting your values and system. A system that attempts to define for us what it means to live as a Black person.

It is why we are building community; with the community. We're done waiting for you to acknowledge your faults.

The system wasn't built to do that.
