Little did the caterpillar know what its future holds, while it was undergoing a gruesome metamorphosis. But the day finally arrived when the chrysalis broke open and from within emerged the majestic butterfly!

An exotic creature arousing wonderment and delight, a muse of poet and painters, flitting from flower to flower and bringing a sparkle in the beholder's eyes.

Change. It can be uncomfortable or painful when it arrives, yet it holds the promise of a future to be lived.

When I was at school, I had no hopes of overcoming my fear of public speaking. But soon life changed. I moved to a big city college and then abroad for my Master's degree. I had new friends, new teachers and lived in different environments. With all that change, finally I transitioned from a red-faced, timid student to a confident public speaker.

Stagnation is death, change is life.

Every day, our fantastic human body undergoes numerous changes to keep itself running. All the changes stop when we die.

History bears witness that cities have been rebuilt after getting destroyed and new, better world orders have emerged post the goriest wars.

Change, no matter how hard, always carries the seeds of new beginnings..
