I did not think life would unfold the way it did. Some moments caught me off guard. Losses I was not prepared for. Disappointments that changed me quietly.
I learned early how often women are expected to be strong without anyone asking how we are really doing. I learned to show up even when my heart felt tired. To keep going when pausing felt like failure.
There were seasons when I questioned myself. When I wondered if I was doing enough. If I were becoming enough.
I carried responsibilities while trying to heal at the same time. I smiled when it was easier than explaining my pain. I stayed silent to protect the peace of others, even when mine was breaking.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something: I was never alone.
Even in the moments I felt forgotten, God was walking with me. Even when life felt unfair, He was shaping me in ways I could not see. Even when my heart ached, His love reminded me that I am never less than enough.
I learned to lean on Him. To bring my worries, my doubts, and my fears to Him instead of carrying them alone. To trust that every tear, every disappointment, every long wait, was part of a bigger plan.
Healing did not come all at once. It came in quiet prayers, in whispered hope, in moments of surrender. It came in choosing faith when fear wanted to take over. It came in learning to trust His timing, not my own.
Today, I still face challenges. Life is not suddenly easy. But I face it differently now.
With more grace. With more patience. With the confidence that God is guiding every step.
If you are reading this and carrying your own quiet pain, please know this:
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are being shaped.
Lean on Him. Trust His love. And remember: even on the days it feels heavy, You are doing better than you think.
Because God has not forgotten you. And He is making all things beautiful in His perfect timing.
