I don't know but seriously somedays you'll agree that we don't want to talk to anyone yes anyone.. be it your partner, friend ,colleague or even family members.. and people misinterpret it as ego but I mean it's necessary social break!!

Apparently, if I don't reply within 0.2 seconds, They "hate me." No sir, I don't hate people—I just love peace more than constant notifications.

Sometimes I really want to talk. Sometimes I want to disappear like a Netflix character whose budget ended. And both are valid. But try explaining that to someone who thinks your last seen on WhatsApp is a personal insult.

Everyone says "communication is important." Cute theory. Meanwhile in reality, I am replying in my head, crafting paragraphs, mentally pressing send, and then totally forgetting to send them. It's not ghosting, it's brain buffering.

And honestly, I'm tired of pretending I enjoy small talk. "Hiiiii, how are you??" Sir, I am emotionally exhausted, spiritually confused, physically hungry, and mentally somewhere else entirely. Do you want honest answers or should we stick to emojis?

Some people recharge by hanging out. I recharge by not hanging out. Introverts don't hate company—we just prefer company that doesn't drain our battery like Instagram reels at 2% battery life.

So next time someone says "You're so distant these days," I want to reply: No, I'm not distant. I'm selectively available. Like limited-edition ice cream.

And if I disappear, don't panic. I'm not avoiding you. I'm avoiding everyone.
