You need a constant check and balance in the initial journey to success.

Cristiano Ronaldo says, "Listen to your coach." We all need someone who can remind us of our goals and targets. Without realigning and correcting our path, we will end up in the wrong place.

Like a plane that continuously stays in contact with the control room to ensure its direction is pointing to the correct destination, you also need something in life to put you in the right direction again and again.

Pick a Pen and Paper Before Brushing Your Teeth

Journaling as soon as you open your eyes will remind you that your life has a purpose.

It will make you realize that you woke up for a reason beyond your selfish needs and wants.

You can't afford to waste this precious day you got. You have to use it for the best of yourself and others.

Picking the pen and paper is enough to signal to the mind that it's dealing with a dedicated soul, which is you.

It will fine-tune your mind for success.

Journaling Is Not For Me

The natural tendency is to doubt. Is it useful? I mean, who achieves the goals just by writing?

Do these film stars, painters, writers, and successful entrepreneurs write goals? Yes, they do.

But there must be someone who is not writing goals and still succeeding. I am one of those. This goal of writing and journaling is not for me.

Fine. It could be true — nothing to be imposed. But you must try before you pass the judgments about journaling.

The Psychological Push Through Writing

There is not so easily understandable but sure-fire working push that you get through writing the same old goals repeatedly every day.

It works exactly as the airplane realigning its direction with the help of control staff.

By writing your goals, you fill yourself with enough fuel to attack your goals.

Or if you write something to yourself about gratitude in your journal, suddenly the same situation becomes the playing ground to do things with all of your might.

That is the power of journaling. You are on the floor, but mentally you touch the sky. Your energies are talking to the clouds by writing your goals, writing how grateful you feel to get another day, or planning how you will win this day.

You fuel yourself for the rest of the day as you write first thing in the morning.

In the End, Write One Most Important Thing

Without action, everything goes waste.

Choose one way, area, thing, or activity for today. Pick one thing you will do today. Maybe for 5 minutes or 5 hours.

But you will do it today. Doing that thing must make you feel as if you conquered this day.

For me, if I write just one article a day. I won the day. No matter what else I did. I wrote one article that's my bare minimum criteria to be called a conqueror of today.

What's yours? Write it down. And work on it right after you put your journal aside.

In the end, success is the collection of well-decided conscious actions. Decide your action for today, write it down and do it.

Go. It's time to show. Time to turn the lessons into practice.

In Conclusion

As you wake up, don't brush your teeth. Pick the journal and start writing. What? The same goals every single day? Why? Because writing the same goals works as a reminder that you have a mission to accomplish.

Your life is precious. Show it through writing to yourself. Writing in a journal first thing in the morning takes your energies to their top-level, and then you see the challenges of your life from the top.

You go already above your problems. You become more significant than your issues. Just through writing the goals, you are going to get enough motivation to attack your goals.

Bring it into practice and share your experience.
