We often find ourselves complaining that there are only 24 hours in a day. The more we complain about time being too short, the only thing we end up with is… Losing even more of it.

As someone whose school starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:00, I do this quite often. It takes me half an hour to get home, I rest, I eat, and suddenly it's already 8 PM. I study, maybe read a bit, and the day is over — closed off by scrolling through TikTok. The cycle continues. The same things, same meals, same books, same lessons, same days…

If I had more time, I'd do more. But what exactly? More studying? Or more scrolling?

What needs to be done is actually very simple. We humans forget how to be happy. So what is happiness?

Happiness = being enough.

I saw this in a video once. A girl said it just like that. Being enough. Did you study? That's enough. Be happy.

Thinking won't bring more time. Time will always move forward. And what we need to do is to be enough. To be happy by being enough.

Did you read for half an hour? That's enough. That's a reason to smile.

Maybe we don't have more time, but even if it includes things we don't like, we should learn to smile and say: This is enough. I hate studying. But I do it for two hours and then do something I enjoy. And I say: This is enough. Sometimes I just stare at the ceiling. Some days I do absolutely nothing — and I still say: This is enough.

There will never be "more." There will never be "the most." We'll never reach the highest level of time or life.

This topic kept circling in my head, and now I've shared it with you. Stay with love. And more importantly, stay happy. Because happiness… could even be a whole life philosophy.
