March was my best month to date in my publishing journey. And honestly, I have no idea why.

My KU page reads ended up at 2653 pages, which I'm super happy with. As you can see, there was a bit of an upswing toward the end of the month. I had a new release, but it didn't really see any action until the 31st, it's the dark green color you see on that bar. But that's okay, I'm just happy it's out in the world.

If you've read these updates in the past, you'll know that I typically sell about 4 e-books per month. So the fact that I sold 15 in March is incredible to me!

I've had a mini-goal to reach 10 USD earned in a month for quite a while now, and I finally reached it! 15.40 USD earned to be specific. I'm super happy with this number. Now, onto the next mini-goal — Can we hit 20 USD next?

As I said at the beginning of this post, I have no idea why March was so good for me. I've done basically no marketing, just a few posts on TikTok and Instagram (with very little engagement, I might add). So I don't know if I got lucky with the Amazon algorithm, or if someone recommended my stories on their social media. Regardless, I'm so happy with March's numbers. My focus in April will be writing new stuff. Specifically, I want to work on stories for my other pen names. I am planning on launching two more pen names this year, and I want to have as many stories done as possible before I start publishing for them.
