In a world full of noise, is it difficult to spot self-worthy people, who genuinely "own their walk and talk"?

Those without any masks or filters, just shining their true self out to the world?

They are raw, authentic, not influenced by others because they truly know who they are?

Spiritual Healing Journey is the Most Transformational Butterfly Effect.Honest Diaries ©

Many of us have come across the question of our lifetime, what would it be if I found out who I am currently outside the masks that society has put on me.

I will be honest here, the majority are scared, to find out who they are on the inside.

That is because with that comes a great bag of surprises.

It could be good bad great or ugly.

That would depend on the individual level of how far that person has sailed away from their true self and the feelings of self-worth and self-love involved in this type of healing journey to becoming it's truest purest form.

I am about to tell you why it is the most interesting journey of your life if you do decide to take it.

Lets say you are one of those who caught yourself being triggered by certain people, situations, reactions or experiences that had led you to the question of why does it happen to me?

Why would this or that trigger me?

And that is the most important question you should ask yourself.

Truly, if these questions ever bothered you means you are ready for the journey of self exploration.

The faster you come to the point where you are ready for the journey of self discovery, the faster you will understand yourself and the world around you.

That is where the healthiest and the happiest and the most successful version of you is now out.

It is ready to live life. To its fullest potential.

The healing journey alone is not the easy one to take on but it's the most rewarding one.

When we heal, we love the world.

We accept it the way it is.

Only because the inner work was accomplished. Your inner light has always been guiding you, you just forgot to see it.

To heal, is to spend a lot of time alone, learning one by one every thought, every feeling every other reaction or trigger coming up your way. As simple as a negative thought rising up when you are trying to meditate or wanting to have a solitude time well spent, don't punish yourself for them rising up, leave them in your head.

Observe the thoughts instead of becoming them.

Let them come and go.

Reflect later on why do you think they arouse or what could that be telling you?

When we are open to raw conversation 1:1 with ourselves, we become healed and loved and then we could be nicer in a world meanwhile others are finding their path to the enlightenment in their own unique way.

They too will find out what their purest form is.

And so should you.

Then and only then the Self Love Journey begins.
