In Ogden, Utah, on 25th Street, Rose Davie, an infamous madam, operated a prosperous brothel known as "The Rose Room" in the 1940s and 1950s. Her spouse, William "Bill" Davie, ran a successful brothel on the second floor of the C. C. Keller Building on 25th Street.

Rose and Bill Davie run a brothel out of the C.C. Keller Building, which houses The Hellena Hotel, an Air BnB hotel. The Unspoken Bar was underneath the building, and Rose Davie's ghost haunts it.
The Allegeed Bar was on top, including a rooftop venue to house a party atmosphere for the guests. And so was the "El Borracho" bar. The bar is the most haunted area; there is a lot of violent activity. This establishment gained notoriety for its association with violent activities, including firearm-related incidents and acts of stabbing. The level of violence was extreme and elicited a sense of horror.
Rose and David were convicted of tax evasion, earning approximately $30,000 monthly from their business. They were given three-year sentences in federal prison, with Rose completing her term in Virginia. They allegedly got into additional trouble in Las Vegas after being released.
During an investigation conducted by the Ghost Adventure team, one of its members, Zak, experienced abdominal discomfort near the speakeasy known as the Unspoken Bar. He could feel the stabbing pain of the spirits.
The present proprietor of the power, which formerly housed the Rose Rooms, asserts that individuals have alleged the continued presence of Davie within the structure. The prevailing belief is that the spirit of Rose Davie inhabits the premises. They possess a substantial number of witnesses, including the employees employed therein.
In the Unspoken bar below the building, one of the witnesses saw a pillar of smoke — it wasn't smoke; it was spirits. She quickly ran out of the building.
Another witness who went down to get a package saw a silhouette of a woman; she knew it was Rose Daive.

In a recent episode of Ghost Adventure, a paranormal team investigated the area and wanted to conjure the spirit of Rose Davie, one of the brothel owners, or her ladies. They got more than they wanted. The spirit didn't want Zak; it wanted Aaron, who was bald. Maybe spirits are like bald men.
While using the XLS camera, a device capable of transforming spectral entities into stick figure representations, they observed these spiritual manifestations, including one instance where a spirit positioned itself atop of Aaron, hovering near and engaging in a spread-eagle posture. Aaron reported experiencing a slight sensation of coldness, leading to speculation that the spirits may have intended to arouse him. However, this effect dissipated promptly upon the approach of another individual.
