This post is only for people who are unaware of this feature. This is my analytics where I keep track of my proposals apart from the job posting page. You can also track your profile views and invites there.
If you're good at proposal writing and you're not getting interviewed or you're not good at proposal writing and you wanna know if your proposal attracted your target client; this is where to check. This feature is located in your stats (under the find work menu). Once you access your stats, scroll down to the analytics bar and switch from "profile" to "proposals." You can also switch the duration to 7 days or 30 days or whatever duration is specified there.
For the application, it doesn't give you the actual proposal that was clicked but we can smartly figure that out by noting the figures before our proposal was submitted and constantly checking the analytics alongside the job posting analytics after a few hours or days. It allows us to know if our hook works, or not and the reason why we weren't interviewed which might be because our attached work samples didn't relate to what the client needed, maybe the body of our proposal or our profile wasn't attention-grabbing enough, or maybe the client saw a better match. There are lots of factors that can influence it.
I hope this was relatable and helpful kindly share it with others. If you have more tips and tricks, additions, or questions, please kindly comment, I'd love to learn more from you as I am on my growth curve too. Thank you
