How to increase your productivity in 5 simple steps.

We have all been there, sit and plan for our future.

Make endless goals, and future plans, and you watch quietly how time passes while you do nothing.

It happens constantly especially in: learning a new skill, language, working on a project and more.

And procrastination robs you of your creativity, because when you start doing it at the dime minute, you will see how good it could have been if you actually poured your heart and soul into it.

How to Deal With Procrastination

  1. Start from the beginning of the year. Write what you want to achieve for the year. At this stage, the view is still broad.
  2. Divide it into 12 months: in order of priority, also include variables you can't control like school activities and all. The view gets narrowed at this stage.
  3. Divide your monthly activities into weeks: some might require more than one week, but always do it in accordance with your capacity and goals.
  4. Divide your weekly activities into days: This is the most crucial step. You know yourself the most, so in order of priority and strength, carefully plan your day out.
  5. Check and tick after each day: Mark out your progress and deal with carry overs of each day.

The most important thing to note is not to overload yourself!

Slow and steady show and stay more than fireworks.

You don't have to do much, I do two major tasks a day, three minor, and 5 negligible tasks.

And it's also good to have an accountability partner, or two. Someone that has authority over you, and a colleague.

Remember failure is allowed but can't be ignored , determination and focus helps you progress faster.

Do this and see a change after some time.
