Getting out of bed in the morning was such a struggle.

Cooking meals just felt like a chore.

But then I realized, instead of avoiding routines, I should try to make them more enjoyable.

Now when my alarm goes off, I put on an upbeat playlist to start my day on a high note.

As I stretch and wake up my body, I take a moment to thank it for another day.

Getting dressed isn't a rush anymore - I take my time and get ready like I'm the star of my own show!

Cooking is so much fun now too.

I pretend I'm on one of those celebrity chef competition shows, whipping up gourmet meals with secret ingredients only I know about.

The kitchen is my stage and I'm having a blast.

Even relaxing after a long day, I make an effort to let go of any worries or stresses.

I focus on being fully present in the moment instead of what's coming next.

And sleeping, man sleeping is the best.

I pass out like a little kid knowing I'll wake up refreshed to do it all over again.

The key is falling in love with your routine before you fall out of life.

Don't spend 70% of your time dreading what you have to do each day.

Live each moment to the fullest and make even the small things special.

Your day will feel so much brighter when you look forward to it all.
