There was no clear start. No real end. Just work, blending into everything. At the time, I thought the solution was finding balance. But I realized that I was wrong, because the more I tried, the more frustrated I became and no matter how hard I tried, balance always felt out of reach.
The problem isn't that we can't find balance. Maybe it's that we're chasing the wrong idea entirely.
One thing many people struggle with is separating work from life completely. We treat them like two competing forces , work vs life. But they're not.
Work is not separate from life. It's part of it. Not your entire life, but an important part of your daily existence.

Things began to shift when I stopped trying to divide my life perfectly, and started embracing work as part of my life. That mindset changed everything.
Instead of constantly feeling like one area was stealing from the other, I started making room for both.
Because the truth is, you don't always need balance. Sometimes, you just need awareness.
Some days will lean more toward work. Some days will require more rest. And that's okay. Because balance is not about equality. It's about alignment.
If you're struggling to balance work and life, maybe the first step isn't balance at all. It's acceptance.

Accept that work is part of your life. Accept that seasons will shift. Accept that you're allowed to pause.
It's not a time to worry.
