At this moment, I am feeling the beautiful energy of birthday joy still flowing through me. Yesterday was a joyful day full of good wishes and receiving. I am so very grateful for all of these good vibes. The moment I loved most was when my husband came home with a pink doll cake! I was shocked and delighted! I had the wish for that cake ever since I was a child. It brought a smile to my face and happiness to my heart. Today my intention is to circulate joy to others and radiate love so that the circle of love keeps on flowing. On my 100-day journey, I am studying abundance through the book: The Tao of Abundance: Eight Ancient Principles for Abundant Living by Laurence G. Boldt.

To increase joy, the experience of abundance, increase circulation. Abundance results from the free flow of energy. -Laurence G. Boldt

To allow more to flow in my life, I need to become aware of what is in my circle. Here are some questions you can ask yourself when you want more to circulate into your life:

Am I allowing feelings of fear and doubt to creep in, or am I calm within my universe?

Where are the blocks occurring in my circle?

Am I allowing myself to receive?

Am I sharing my gifts?

This morning, I felt a little bit of pain. This is not normal for me, so I began to ask myself these questions. It turned out that I was letting overwhelm come into my circle at that time. I was working on getting ready to write and set up my tasks for the day. My thoughts began to spiral into thinking I had to do much more today, that I was behind schedule. Indeed, I was allowing doubt and fear to creep in. That was creating a circulation block and the pain. As soon as I worked that out, I sat down to work away, comfortably.

Because energy moves in a circle, because what goes around comes around, we can open ourselves up to more of the good we want in our lives by giving what we want to receive. Believe in your gifts and trust that there is a place for them in the world. -Laurence G. Boldt

I believe that this is the key. We must give what we want to receive. By using our gifts and talents to help others, we are circulating more energy into the world daily. Each of us has something to give with our innate gifts. This year I finally realized I am a writer and a teacher. I can incorporate that into helping my professional organizing clients.

The past few days, I was frustrated. I was feeling such resistance to getting started on creating my book. I already have all of the content. I just need to go through some steps to publishing it. I kept feeling disappointed in myself for not getting started. I realized there was a block in circulation here. I was allowing overwhelm to creep in. That was blocking my progress. I found the solution: tiny steps.

Instead of looking at the task ahead as too big, I have now created a small daily habit that will help me move forward. I have a post-it note that says: "After I hit "submit" on my article, I will work for 15 minutes on my book." This feels like something I can do. It allows my gifts to be put out into the world a little bit at a time.

My prayer and my intention for you today is to see what is in your circle at this moment. What are you allowing to circulate? If it is not helpful, focus on something else. Find where your energy is flowing today. Give your gifts and talents to the world. Do not hold back. We need your light today.
