You are not entitled to anything. You're average.
You're not a genius, not a freak athlete, have no photographic memory, and you're average looking. Or close to it. Surprise!
You work, exercise, think, and act like 99% of people and yet you're expecting 1% results. Unless you were born special, you have to work for it… yes there's still hope.
"Don't be upset by the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do."
You can become special through hard work. You can achieve what others can't by doing what they aren't willing to do. Wanting something is not enough to deserve it.
What are you doing differently from everyone else that will set you apart? Why are you special?
That should fire you up… make a point and prove that you're capable of being the best version of yourself. Or maybe you're ready to unleash hate comments for writing such a negative article.
It doesn't have to be negative, however. If you want to be special, you can be if you're willing to sacrifice average things.
Maybe that means watching less tv or reducing social media usage or using your free time after work to start a business. Greatness comes at a price.

Disclaimer: average is NOT a bad thing. Some people are happy with average. The world needs average people to manage the local Kwik Trip for 40 years (do my readers even know what KT is?). You can still build a very happy fulfilling life. Being great at something doesn't make you any happier than being average unless it's what you truly want.
And if you truly want it, go get it. You weren't born special but you can create it.
Thank You!
