A 19-year-old Mississippi woman faces up to ten years in prison after it was discovered she had sex with dogs and filmed the encounters for distribution on social media.

Denise Fraser was the star of a brutal pornographic video shared via Snapchat that was stumbled upon by a concerned citizen.

When a citizen reported the video to authorities, the Jones County Sheriff's Office quickly intervened and was able to determine the origin of the video.

"In my 17 years of law enforcement, this is one of the most disturbing cases I have investigated," said Sergeant J.D. JCSO Carter. "JCSO has several videos that are so graphic that we are not at liberty to publish them or even discuss the specific content. The investigation is far from complete."

Photos and videos of Fraser being escorted by police wearing a striped prisoner's uniform have since circulated online.

Frazier was booked into the Jones County Adult Detention Center on charges of cruelty to animals and unnatural sexual intercourse.

Frazier made his first court appearance Thursday afternoon in Jones County Court, according to WDAM.

Judge Grant Hedgepeth set her bond at $25,000 and ordered her to stay away from animals until after the trial.

At a news conference, Carter said Frazier insisted she was a victim, giving conflicting accounts that she was forced to do it or paid for it, respectively.

The situation is new to the Jones County Sheriff's Office and complicates the investigation.
